The College hosts the TSAC Future Focus and Careers Expo for College students and students in the Greater Springfield area. It is an excellent source of information for secondary students, featuring displays by all College faculties and more than 20 external tertiary training and education providers, industry representatives and local employers.

In Year 10, students participate in the two-day Future Focus program encouraging them to explore their interests and careers, hear presentations on ATAR and QCE, and undertake SET planning. They also participated in the SSS (Study, Skills, Service) Program for the year. The program is designed to give them additional skills and qualifications, obtain additional QCE credits, and enhance their portfolios.

Students are able to choose to study a university subject within the SSS program, with some selecting Economics, Accounting, Programming, Marketing, Biomedical Science, Forensic Science, and Psychology. Year 10 students can also obtain their First Aid and CPR certificates.

In Senior Secondary, students may choose to undertake further university studies, AQF certificates, or the Diploma of Business. Secondary students can also take advantage of various holiday programs offered by external providers, particularly in IT and STEM. Work experience is also available to students to gain valuable experience in their chosen careers.
