Our students have shown their creativity and commitment to their community in this year’s Maha Sinnathamby Innovation Awards. As Maha Sinnathamby says, ‘Innovation knows no bounds’ and we are proud of each of the shortlisted students’ innovative proposals to create a more liveable city. Liliana Titley (Year 5), Ruby Lych (Year 6), and Christina Aloshious (Year 8) pitched their proposals to the Greater Springfield Group, to build an athletics area for the Springfield community in anticipation of the Olympics, collect and recycle single-use plastics, and develop resources for the homeless. The future is sure to be bright in the hands of these young minds!
