Great work to all teams on the weekend. We look forward to our fixture this weekend as we travel to Redeemer.

AFL

On Saturday TSAC students travelled to Sheldon College and after a week off last week due to rain, our AFL teams were eager to hit the field. Teams encountered some rainfall this round however not enough to halt our games. TSAC showed great grit battling against the weather.

Our 5/6 Team took to the field first against Staines. Accurate goal kicking was the difference between the two teams with TSAC scoring 5 goals to 3. Staines had strong possession however TSAC’s defence was relentless causing Staines to score several behinds. Well done to our TSAC 5/6 team walking away as victors 35 to 26.

Year 3/4 TSAC were next to play. The game was also played against a strong Staines team. TSAC showed amazing respect by supporting our opponents who were short a few numbers and several players switched the red and navy strip for a Staines colours for a quarter.  This support made sure all players were able to play a full game. Even with the slight changes TSAC 3/4 still walked away with the win 39-15.

We look forward to round 4 out at Redeemer Lutheran College.
