Football
Over the weekend TSAC students travelled to Sheldon College. Year 5/6 Red took the field first and delivered an outstanding performance, however weren’t able to secure the win. Year 5/6 Blue took the field shortly after and showcased their hard work in both attack and defense and were champions.
3/4 Red and 3/4 Blue played a match against one another at Thursdays training and both teams showed improvement in attack and defense, 3/4 red took the win. All students should be proud of their progress and effort this term. Massive congratulations to all teams for a fantastic season of Football, you should be proud of your effort and performance!

Basketball
Final GBC fixtures for basketball was held this week. Our year 3/4 teams had a slightly different fixture with the game being held on Thursday at the TSAC Primary Basketball courts. The two teams playing against one another had a strong battle with both teams trading buckets early. Students thrived with a home court advantage with both the year 3/4 teams showing off all their improvement and skill. As the final hooter sounded 3/4 Blue were close victors over the red team. We look forward to seeing our 3/4 students in action again next year.
Year 5/6 had a conventional round travelling to Sheldon for their final games. TSAC Red took to the court first against Rivermount Navy. The year 5/6 students decided to save the best till last showing some incredible passing, shooting, rebounding and defensive skills. It was a resounding win to TSAC Red and was amazing to send our year 6 students out on a high. It was a similar story for TSAC Blue. Taking the court second TSAC blue were dominant against their opponents. Again, amazing skill was shown on the court with year 6 students enjoying their last match as TSAC Primary students.
I’d like to thank the parents for a wonderful Basketball season as well as our wonderful students who played with pride for our school. I look forward to a wonderful season next year.
