The role of The Springfield Anglican College Board and Council is to provide strategic guidance and monitoring of the College’s future direction, ensure the College operates within the boundaries set by the Board, establish appropriate internal control processes and accountability systems and ensure a high level of organisational performance.

Mr Tim Reid - Chairman

Mr Tim Reid is the General Manager of Anglican Church Southern Queensland. Prior to that, he was a partner in a major national law firm.

As General Manager, he is responsible for strategic and executive leadership and governance across Community Services Commission, Ministry Education Commission, Anglican Schools Commission, Parish and Other Mission Agencies Commission and Financial Diocesan Services Commission. His qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce from University of Queensland in 1987, Bachelor of Laws from University of Queensland in 1990, and Graduate Certificate in Management from Queensland University of Technology in 1999.

Dr Noeleen McNamara

Dr Noeleen McNamara is an Associate Professor in the School of Law and Justice, University of Southern Queensland.  Noeleen’s areas of research interest include environmental law/ natural resources law and education law.  She completed her PhD on the environmental regulation of mining at USQ.  Noeleen has also worked as a lecturer in law at The University of Queensland.  Prior to her career in academia, Noeleen worked with Arthur Andersen and Ernst and Young in Sydney and Hong Kong in their insolvency/ litigation support sections, and then as a Solicitor with Baker & McKenzie, Sydney.

Dr Bryan Dubbeldam

BDsc, MBA (Health Services Management), MADA

Dr Bryan Dubbeldam graduated from the University of Queensland in 1993 with a Bachelor of Dental Science. He joined the Royal Australian Air Force and, during this part of his career, he had the opportunity to practice around Australia and was also deployed to East Timor. Dr Dubbeldam left the permanent Force as Air Force’s Senior Dentist and he remains a Consultant in the Air Force Reserve. Dr Dubbeldam also completed a Master of Business Administration in 2005.

Dr Dubbeldam established Orion Dental Centre in 2008 and is active within the dental profession as a Member of the Australian Dental Association and the Vardiman Dental Study Club.

Dr Dubbeldam has supported the College through the Community Alliance Program since its inception in 2009 as well as within the broader Springfield community as a member of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce.

Ms Jane Crombie

Ms Crombie is an experienced financial services professional. As Head of Investment Research at HLB Mann Judd Wealth and Superannuation Qld, she has extensive experience in investment strategy, risk, portfolio management and philanthropic services.

Ms Crombie is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completed her MBA at QUT in 2018, and has held director and chair positions on boards and committees across the finance, not for profit and education sectors.
